Charlie Kirkham Art is a Sole Trader registered in Solihull, West Midlands, UK.

Information we gather – for employees

We collect your information and store it on our employee database, with basic contact data also being held by your line manager. Only the HR team and Director have access to data.

Any data we have published on the website has been provided directly by you and you have declared your details will be seen on the employee page of the website, the LinkedIn Company Page and on Social Media with consent. The data, where supplied, includes: 

  • Name
  • Job Title
  • Company Email Address
  • Company Telephone Number


If you no longer want your details to appear on the website you must inform us in writing.

In addition, within our EMPLOYEE database we hold details of your personal correspondence address, marital status, employment status, date of birth, copy of your ID and NI number where supplied. E&D questionnaire answers are also recorded here.
